The address is still Phoenix, but, everyone that has live in the Phoenix Metro for awhile knows what is implied when you mention a restaurant golf course or school in “Ahwatukee” On the north side of the mountain is an AREA that is referred to as “South Phoenix”. If you don’t live here I won’t make sense, but to everyone that does live here they know what is meant.

In the dead of summer we all need to run our A.C.'s. In March, April, May, September, and October when the days are hot and the nights are under 75 and the humidity is under 10% you don't need to use your A.C. in the evening.
I have an all house fan mounted in my garage and it pulls all the outside air into the home. At sunrise your house will be nice and cool. You may need to run your A.C. during the day when it's 100 degrees, but not at night. Take a close look at this to see if it makes sense for you and your family.
