4 bedroom homes for sale in Chandler McQueen North Unit one

Here is a great part of Chandler. MCQUEEN NORTH UNIT. Located between Ray Rd to the north and Chandler Blvd to the south. Cooper on the east and McQueen on the west edge.
Homes in this subdivision range in size from 3 bedroom 2 bath 1,039 up to 4 bedroom with a den 2,400. The bulk of the homes were built in 1984/1985 with few homes being built in 93/94. Tried doing some research. I am thinking the builder went under in the 80's and a new builder came in and finished out the sub-division. Home prices over the last year range from 300K down to $139k (note the difference in sizes above)
Schools in the area are in the Chandler Unified:
Sanborn Elementary School                 Willis Junior High School              Chandler High School
Easy access to the 202 with plenty of shopping and dining close by makes this an ideal place to purchase a home in Chandler.

3 bedroom homes in Oakwood Lakes Chandler 85248

If you are looking to buy a home in Chandler, 3 bedroom homes in Oakwood Lakes Chandler are in a great location and great subdivision.
The whole subdivision only has 213 homes. There is a lake in the middle of the neighborhood, so approx. 60 homes have lakes view.

Chandler Unified School Dist services the area. Hamilton High Boggle Jr. High and Anna Marie Jacobson Elementary.

Most homes in the area have a market value of about $750,000.00- to well over 1 million. To the north is Ocotillo with the Vistas similar homes with views of the Ocotillo Golf Course.

How are Home Prices in Chandler Az

Home prices in Chandler Az are stable for the time being. Home prices in the Phoenix Metro are stable as well.
Over the last 12-18 months the inventory in Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa and the rest of the East Valley have remained stable.
Inventory has been climbing slowly over the past 18-24 months, but not to truely call it a buyers market. In late 2011 and most of 2012 inventory was low, prices were low and investors were incredible active. Forcing prices to go up at a pretty good clip. Inventory in Chandler was at about 1.5-2.5 months. Now we are at about 4-5 months inventory. Those numbers were the same across the board in Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, Queen Creek  and most of Phoenix.
Some people believe interest rates will climb (slightly), which will have the same effect as an increase in inventory. People that have been on the fence listing their home, will take a bigger beating in the short run. Buyers will have less buying power.
Prediction: Home prices in Chandler will remain stable, but will be very little growth, if any over the next 12 months.
I will continue to keep track of the inventory over the next 12 months to see home this all pans out.

This blog will list a few of The Most Expensive homes in America.
I am re-writing and reposting this from Investor Extreme. I will list the 2 that give the greatest contrast.
Great article that listed The Most Expensive home in each of the 50 states.
This home in California is listed at $195 Million (that's alot of zeros)

What a contrast. $195 million for 25 acres of land in Southern Calif and 780 acres for  $3 million in the Dakotas.
I wonder what the tax burden and yearly maintanace cost is on each of these homes??????
Even if you hit the Lottery "BIG" I don't think you can afford the California Home.

Mesquite Grove Estates is a gated subdivision in South Chandler. 85249.
Semi custom homes on larger lots. Lot sizes ranging from 10,000 - 20,000 sq.ft.
Most of the homes range in size from 3,000-4,000 sq.ft. There are 216 homes in the Subdivison, which is professionally managed by Kinney Management.

This subdivison is surrounded by semi custom homes, which helps in holding the high market value in the area.
