In the dead of summer we all need to run our A.C.'s. In March, April, May, September, and October when the days are hot and the nights are under 75 and the humidity is under 10% you don't need to use your A.C. in the evening.

At sunrise your house will be nice and cool. You may need to run your A.C. during the day when it's 100 degrees, but not at night. We had a great class today at the ISKF Chandler. Good spirit and effort. Mostly we practiced Kata andKumite. We taught the kids Heian Shodan and Heian Nidan.
