New Home sales in Cooley Station Gilbert Az

The New homes for sale in Cooley station are moving quickly.

I went there with a client last week and there were 4 spec homes available. Now there is only one.

My client originally want to purchase a re-sale home but she wasn't happy with what she was seeing. Most of the homes didn't have the upgrades that the builder in putting in for free. Upside for my client is she will get a brand new home with alot of really nice upgrades included. (i.e. grantie countertops, tile flooring throughout....). The downside is she will be responsible for window coverings and backyard landscaping.

Cooley Station is only about 2 miles from the San Tan Village. Also known as San Tan Mall, has more shopping than I can list without boring you to death. If it isn't at San Tan Mall you probably won't find it anywhere else.
